Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for monitoring severity status of an exit site of a catheter using ensembling models. The disclosed methodology determines a severity value and provides a severity score, a severity status of the exit site of the catheter along with responsive action so that a caregiver or the user himself can consider the suggestion provided in the responsive action for treatment. According to an embodiment, the disclosed methodology further tracks the peri-catheter erythema progression based on the severity score associated with current data and previous data. FIG. 9
