First fare rule and second fare rule correspond to service request defined in first segment and sub-rules defined in second segment, respectively. Method includes determining first and second fare corresponding to first and second fare rule, respectively. First fare and second fare indicate monetary values. Method includes generating confidence score based on comparison of first and second fare. Method includes generating first fare as contextual response if confidence score is higher than predefined threshold, alternatively, generating notification regarding discrepancy to service provider if confidence score is lower than predefined threshold.
