Abstract: A method for facilitating fraud rate prediction is provided. The method includes acquiring emotional data based on social media data associated with a geographical location. The emotional data and the historical transaction data are inputted to a trained prediction machine learning (ML) model to obtain a fraud rate pattern prediction for a future time period.
