Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EXPOSURE OF UE ENERGY INFORMATIONS TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORKS The present disclosure relates to providing energy-related information of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication network. An energy controlling function, implemented as a logically independent entity or network function, enables subscription-based exposure of UE energy event information to requesting entities, including internal network entities, operations, administration and maintenance (OAM) entities, and external application entities. Energy event exposure is performed subject to verification of user consent obtained from a consent-handling entity and supports attributes indicating one-time, periodic, or event-triggered reporting. Energy exposure information is obtained from at least one of the UE and a radio access network (RAN) using signalling procedures over core-UE and core-RAN interfaces, or via user- plane data packet exchange through a data-path handling entity. The exposed energy information may include battery status, battery capacity, energy consumption reports, energy saving mode operation, and radio condition information, enabling efficient and consent-aware energy information exposure. {FIG. 5}
