Abstract: A method and a system for dynamically determining a premium for a travel guarantee associated with a waitlisted train ticket are described. The method comprises receiving, by a dynamic pricing engine comprising one or more processors, a confirmation probability score generated by a predictive model and contextual information associated with a user request. The dynamic pricing engine calculates a base premium based on the confirmation probability score and temporal parameters, determines a contextual group based on the contextual information, and selects a price multiplier from predefined multipliers using a contextual multi-arm bandit module based on learned reward parameters representing historical performance metrics. The dynamic pricing engine computes a final premium using the selected price multiplier and base premium, then outputs the final premium for presentation to a user. The system provides real-time premium optimization through continuous learning from user response data. FIG. 2
