MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621042029 A) filed by Ahy, Harpreet Singh on April 01, 2026, for Method And System For Continuous Candidate Assessment And Selection.

Inventor includes Ahy, Harpreet Singh.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: The present invention provides a computer-implemented system and method for the continuous, multi-dimensional assessment of candidates over a time period. The system collects performance data from a plurality of assessment tasks, including synchronous scheduled assessments and asynchronous, event-triggered tasks. This data is transformed into time-stamped assessment vectors and stored in a candidate event database to enable longitudinal performance tracking. One or more evaluation engines compute competency scores and identify candidate-asserted claims, which are cross-validated against immutable technical artifacts to generate reliability indices. Role-related requirements are semantically parsed to determine attribute weights for generating a multi-factor suitability index to facilitate ranked selection.
