MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621048926 A) filed by Beyondata Solutions Private Limited on April 17, 2026, for Method And System For Content-Source Alignment For Explainable Document Evaluation.

Inventors include Nishant Singh Tomar; and Dipesh Prajapati.

The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (118) and method for dynamic, explainable document evaluation. The system (118) ingests a source document defining evaluation requirements and dynamically infers structured evaluation parameters using semantic inference over evaluation-oriented documents. The extracted parameters are encoded within a parameter representation space. The system (118) transforms the submission documents into structured content representations. The system (118) performs automated content–source alignment using semantic similarity, contextual correspondence, layout-aware mapping, and constrained retrieval- based grounding to associate evaluation parameters with relevant submission content. The system (118) computes compliance assessments for each parameter based on evidence presence, semantic coverage, and dependency satisfaction. The system (118) generates explainable evaluation outputs. The explainable evaluation outputs include compliance scores, evidence references, and justification traces linking source requirements to aligned submission content. FIG. 1
