The method (200) further includes segmenting (220), based on the verified 3D mesh model, the 3D volume to generate one or more segmented volumes using a deep-learning based volume segmentation model. The method (200) further includes constructing (226) a dynamic 3D mesh model of the anatomical region based on the one or more segmented volumes.
