Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BULK PROCESSING IN A DISTRIBUTED MICROSERVICES ARCHITECTURE USING A MICRO-BATCH FRAMEWORK This disclosure relates generally to a method processing business records in a distributed microservices architecture using micro-batch framework. The business records are processed in a distributed architecture as a micro-batch wherein the business records represents a plurality of data events. A parent microservice segregates the plurality of data events to be processed at one or more domain microservices into a plurality of chunks. The plurality of chunks are stored in a streaming data platform specific to each domain microservice. Each domain microservice consumes the plurality of chunks by storing each chunk in a staging area. The one or more domain microservices process each chunk by receiving a process event from the parent microservice and generates a set of output data events. A reconciliation event is communicated to the parent microservice as the set of output data events are received at a next streaming data platform of a next domain microservice. [
