Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING ULTRA-PROCESSED FOOD CONSUMPTION AND ASSOCIATED HEALTH PARAMETERS IN YOUNG ADULTS The present invention provides an integrated health assessment system (100) for evaluating ultra-processed food (UPF) consumption among young adults and correlating dietary patterns with body composition parameters, gastrointestinal health indicators, and menstrual cycle regularity. The system comprises a dietary assessment module (110) implementing a validated Food Frequency Questionnaire based on the NOVA classification system, a body composition analysis module (120) interfacing with bioelectrical impedance hardware to measure BMI, body fat percentage, and visceral fat levels, a gastrointestinal health evaluation module (130) implementing the Constipation Scoring System, a menstrual health monitoring module (140) for female participants, and a central data processing unit (150) performing statistical correlation analysis. The invention enables identification of associations between UPF consumption and increased adiposity, particularly visceral fat accumulation, facilitating comprehensive nutritional health assessment and personalized dietary intervention recommendations for young adult populations.
