Abstract: ABSTRACT “METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AMBIENT INTERNET OF THINGS MANAGEMENT” The present invention relates to a method and system for AIoT management. The method comprises generating, by a MnS consumer device (100), a first request message including mapping information between an external target area provided by an AF and an internal target area associated with a NRF. The MnS consumer device (100) sends the first request message to a first MnS producer device (300) to create or modify a MOI of a managed function IOC. The MnS consumer device (100) further generates a second request message comprising mapping information between the internal target area and an AIOTF DN and sends the second request message to a second MnS producer device (500) for MOI creation or modification. The MnS consumer device (100) also generates an information related to AIoT capable RAN nodes such as AIoT/Service Area, Reader ID list, Reader location, etc and sends a third request message containing information to a third MnS producer device (700) for MOI creation or modification for selecting AIoT capable RAN nodes and readers to identify AIoT devices.
