For each of the set of documents, the method (300) may 10 further include determining (308) a set of topics in a document LSI and a hybrid ensemble of statistical techniques. For each of the set of topics, the method (300) may include identifying (316) a set of relevant sentence chunks from the plurality of sentence chunks through the LSI based on the summarization instructions, generating (322), through a LLM (226), a topic summary based on the set of relevant sentence chunks using a RAG model (220), and generating (328) an advanced 15 summary of document based on topic summary of set of topics and general RAG-based summary.
