Said each of the N sub-regions is partitioned into one or more subblocks according to the subblock size determined. DMVR (Decoder-Side Motion Vector Refinement) or BDOF (Bi-directional Optical Flow) is applied to said one or more subblocks in said each of the N sub-regions.
