A method of a terminal comprises the steps of: receiving a first signaling message from a first cell; receiving a second signaling message from a second cell; performing a procedure for determining whether to transmit a WUS to the second cell on the basis of the first signaling message and the second signaling message; transmitting the WUS to the second cell in an uplink resource on the basis of a result of the determination procedure; receiving a response message to the WUS from the second cell; and receiving first system information of the second cell from the second cell.
