Abstract: Proposed are a method and an apparatus for setting an end time of a TXOP for a non-primary channel on the basis of a channel switch time occurring when an AP or an STA switches from the non-primary channel to a primary channel in a wireless LAN system. Specifically, a receiving STA receives a first management frame from a transmitting STA. The receiving STA transmits a second management frame to the transmitting STA. The receiving STA performs channel access to a first non-primary channel on the basis of the first and second management frames. A TXOP for the first non-primary channel is set to end before a time excluding the longer time of first and second switch times in an interval where a NAV is set.
