According to some embodiments of the disclosure, a first network node may: transmit, to a second network node, a request message, wherein the request message includes an ID of a first candidate cell and an indication requesting information related to UE-measured TA or no-reset for the first candidate cell; receive, from the second network node, a response message in response to the request message; and transmit, to a UE, a third network node or both, a configuration based on the response message.
