Abstract: Various solutions for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) enhancements for multiple transport blocks (multi-TB) scheduling in an Internet-of-Things (IoT) system are described. An apparatus may receive a configuration from a network node of a wireless network. The configuration indicates disabled or enabled HARQ feedback information for each or all of a plurality of HARQ processes. The apparatus may receive a DCI from the network node. The DCI indicates a scheduling of multiple TBs associated with the HARQ processes in a narrowband physical downlink shared channel (NPDSCH). The apparatus may perform a NPDSCH reception for the TBs based on the DCI. The apparatus may determine whether to report one or more HARQ feedbacks corresponding to the TBs based on the configuration.
