Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a method and an apparatus for determining SRS power control adjustment state information. The method comprises: receiving downlink control information sent by a network device, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more of the following pieces of information: multiple pieces of transmission power control (TPC) information corresponding to a same carrier/cell and used to determine sounding reference signal (SRS) power control adjustment state information; one or more pieces of TPC information used to determine SRS power control adjustment state information and channel power control adjustment state information; and at least one piece of TPC information used to determine SRS power control adjustment state information and at least one piece of information used to indicate a power control adjustment state index corresponding to the TPC information. The SRS power control adjustment state information required for sending a sounding reference signal to a TRP (or an antenna panel) can be independently determined for different TRPs (or different antenna panels).
