Abstract: Method and Apparatus for Bulk-Scale Production of High-Quality Graphene in Ultra-High Vacuum Furnace Described herein a process for producing graphene-based carbon nanomaterials comprising: introducing a carbonaceous feedstock into a vacuum heating chamber; reducing pressure within the chamber to create a controlled low-pressure or vacuum environment; heating the feedstock through one or more temperature zones under inert or substantially non-reactive gaseous atmosphere; thermally converting the feedstock at a temperature greater than 1200°C to induce graphitic carbon layer formation; maintaining the feedstock at elevated temperature for a predetermined duration sufficient for graphenization; and cooling the processed material under controlled atmospheric conditions to obtain graphene-containing carbon nanomaterials. The present process is a top-tier "Green Tech" solution that transforms low-value waste into high-value, high-purity graphene at a scale that makes it commercially competitive with traditional carbon manufacturing.
