Abstract: ABSTRACT Method, Wearable Device, and System for Glucose Monitoring Using Edge-Cloud AI, XAI Alignment, and GAN Augmentation The present invention relates to a method, a system, and a wearable apparatus for real-time monitoring and classification of heart rhythms employing an intelligence model involving a hybrid architecture of edge and cloud computing. The wearable apparatus includes several sensors that record signals such as ECG and PPG as well as the parameters of temperature and movement. A processor processes the data through environment-adaptive calibration to correct distortion in the signal and uses machine learning algorithms for heart rhythm classification, which includes both sinus rhythm and various types of arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. The system utilizes explainable artificial intelligence to validate the alignment of sensors and improve output explanation. Cloud analytics and federated learning are implemented to provide high precision analytics. Generation adversarial network-based signal augmentation improves detection of infrequent events occurring in cardiac rhythm. The system provides alerts based on severity levels and reports annotated by clinicians to users and medical professionals. Fig.3
