Abstract: A metallic chain manufacturing device, comprising a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface, a touch interactive display panel 102 enables a user for providing input regarding length and dimensions of a metallic chain, a motorized gripper 103 grip metallic rods stored in a first container 104, an elongated groove 105 accommodates gripped rod on groove 105, an imaging unit 106 monitors alignment of rod in groove 105, a motorized sliding unit 108 that translates two vertical supports 107 at a required length of sliding unit 108 as per user-specified dimension of chain, a cylindrical member 109 integrated with two hydraulic plungers 110, via an articulated link 111 that extend/retract to position a pushing block 112, a motorized ball and socket joint 113 is integrated in between plungers 110 and block 112 to provide rotational movement to plungers 110 at an optimum angle with respect to ends of rods.
