Abstract: A metal sheet forming device comprising of a rectangular base 101 having a plurality of chambers 102 storing a plurality of metal structures 103 of varying shapes used for forming shape, a motorised circular plate 104, having a plurality of openings 105, located on base 101 rotate metal sheet, a pair of telescopic grippers 106 installed on base 101 by means of primary ball and socket joints 107, for gripping and articulating metal sheet, an electromagnet embedded in each of structures for a secure attachment onto sheet, a robotic arm mounted on base 101 picks structure and places onto sheet, an L-shaped telescopic link 108 mounted on base 101 by means of a secondary ball and socket joint having a hydraulic hammer 109 at an upper end, to apply force onto structure, an imaging unit 110, installed on base 101 and integrated with a processor for recording and processing images.
