Abstract: A metal sheet bending device comprises of a platform 101 configured with plurality of legs 102 with a suction cup 103 adapted to be affixed over a surface, a touch interactive display panel 104 to provide input specifications regarding a user-desired dimension of box, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 for capturing and processing images to determine presence of sheet over platform 101, a motorized sliding unit 106 to provide translation to a L-shape telescopic rod 107, a motorized conical member 108 to rotate and perform an indentation operation at predefined positions, a motorized slider 109 installed over platform 101 to position a hydraulic bar 110 mounted over slider, a hydraulic bar 110 with a pair of pivotally mounted bending plates 111 to move upward to press plate against indented lines on sheet, a force sensor to measure force exerted by plates over sheet during bending process.
