Abstract: A metal rod twisting device, comprises of a rectangular base 101 having cylindrical member 102 attached perpendicularly on base 101, multiple primary iris lids 103 for a gripping of a multiple metal rods to be twisted, multiple sliding units 104 for translating primary iris lids 103, multiple iris lids 103 for gripping onto an upper end of rods for twisting, an inverted U-shaped frame 105 having a pair of hydraulic pushers 106 to reciprocate to rotate an expansion pulley for twisting of rods, a sliding yoke 107 mated with a cylindrical pin 108 attached on the expandable pulley 201 for rotating and twisting the rods, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 109 determines a crack on the rod during twisting, a microphone 110 for receiving an audio command from user regarding twisting of rods, and a touch-enabled display 111 for enabling user to provide touch input regarding twisting of the rods.
