Abstract: Provided in the present application are a message scheduling method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining a target time-domain resource allocation set, wherein the target time-domain resource allocation set is a first time-domain resource allocation set or a second time-domain resource allocation set; receiving a first message, wherein the first message indicates a first parameter, the first parameter is used for determining an interval between the first message and a second message in a time domain, and the first parameter is a parameter in the target time-domain resource allocation set; and sending the second message according to the first parameter. By means of the method provided in the present application, different time-domain resource allocation sets are used under different conditions by means of a plurality of time-domain resource allocation sets, such that scheduling can be performed for different types of terminal devices, and each type of terminal device can then process a scheduling message in a timely manner and send a scheduled message, thereby improving the flexibility for network scheduling.
