Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent recruitment management system configured to digitally connect candidates, recruiters, and administrators through a secure and scalable online platform. The system comprises a processor, memory, user interface module, authentication module, vacancy management module, candidate-job matching engine, application tracking module, fraud detection module, and cloud-based database. Candidates can set up profiles and upload CVs. They can search for jobs and apply for those that interest them. Recruiters set up company profiles and post job listings. They can also review job applicants and control their hiring processes. The matching engine scans profiles of job seekers and applicants and provides scores indicating the degree of matching to suggest ranked positions and candidates. Fraud detection identifies false recruiter accounts, repeated profiles, and questionable job listings. It also recognizes unusual login activity. The application tracking module records recruitment stages, such as submission, shortlisting, interview, offer, and rejection. The cloud database accommodates encrypted storage, indexed retrieval, backup recovery, and simultaneous multi-user access. The invention decreases the manual effort needed for hiring, shortens the recruitment process, and increases the accuracy of matching candidates to job openings. It fortifies the recruitment process's security and provides for the effective management of recruitment at large scales.
