Abstract: A meniscal repair device for all-suture arthroscopic repair of torn meniscal tissue within a knee joint. The device comprises an ergonomic handle with a thumb-actuated deployment slider, a rotating adjustable depth limiter for controlled tissue penetration, and a low-profile needle shaft configurable in straight, curved, or reverse-curved forms to facilitate access to different meniscal regions while reducing risk to posterior neurovascular structures. A preloaded fixation construct including one or more polyether ether ketone (PEEK) anchors connected by an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) suture having a pre-tied self-sliding knot and is delivered through a polymeric delivery tube. Actuation of the deployment slider advances and deploys the fixation construct, with deployment confirmation provided through an audible click sound. The system enables minimally invasive tissue approximation and secure meniscal fixation while minimizing implant exposure within the articular cavity.
