Abstract: ABSTRACT MEDIUM ACCESS CONTROL BASED USER EQUIPMENT DATA COLLECTION Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to medium access control (MAC) based user equipment (UE) data collection. A method comprises generating a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) containing artificial intelligence (AI) data, wherein a header of the MAC PDU containing the AI data at least indicating at least one of an existence of the AI data or a type of the AI data; generating a transport block (TB) at least comprising the MAC PDU containing the AI data; and transmitting the TB to the second apparatus.
