Abstract: ABSTRACT [0011] A technology-driven ambulance booking system is disclosed that streamlines the request and dispatch of emergency medical vehicles with speed and reliability. The platform integrates mobile and web applications with real-time GPS tracking, automated location capture, and a central dispatch module to link patients with the nearest suitable ambulance. Users register, select an ambulance category such as basic life support or intensive-care unit equipped vehicles, and submit requests that automatically include their current location. Drivers receive and accept requests through a dedicated portal, navigate to the patient, and update status until delivery at the designated hospital. Continuous tracking and status updates provide transparency throughout the journey. By replacing fragmented telephone-based coordination with a unified digital workflow, the system shortens response intervals, enhances resource utilization, and supports improved patient outcomes in both emergency and non-emergency medical transport scenarios.
