Abstract: MedFusion AI - contactless multi-biomarker disease screening system ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a contactless, multimodal artificial intelligence system for early disease-risk screening using six non-invasive biomarker streams comprising voice acoustics, facial features, ocular patterns, fingernail characteristics, skin texture, and thermal infrared signatures. Synchronized data acquired through a smartphone camera, microphone, and optional thermal sensor are processed by modality-specific machine-learning models to extract disease-associated features. A confidence-weighted multimodal fusion engine combines the extracted features, while cross-modal validation suppresses unreliable or inconsistent indications. A longitudinal module compares successive assessments with subject-specific baselines to identify progressive physiological changes. An explainability module generates risk assessments with contributing biomarkers and localized visual or acoustic evidence, supporting remote, scalable, and non-contact preliminary screening.
