Abstract: This project presents an advanced, domain-optimized Healthcare Large Language Model (LLM) designed to bridge critical gaps in medical understanding, patient communication, and clinical workflow efficiency. The proposed system integrates four core capabilities symptorr analysis, .prescription summarization, scan report interpretation, and appointment/workflow summarization—to deliver a comprehensive and patient-centered digital health companion. By converting complex clinical documents and technical terminology into clear, structured, and easyto- imderstand explanations, the LLM empowers users with better health awareness, reduces misinformation, and supports early decision-making before clinical consultations. The model is finetuned using medical datasets, curated prompts, safety filters, and domain-specific guidelines to ensure context-aware reasoning, accuracy, and reliability. It adheres to healthcare communication standards, ensuring responses remain safe, non-diagnostic, and aligned with best practices. The system additionally reduces the burden on healthcare professionals by automating routine clarifications, improving pre-consultation readiness, and optimizing the flow of patient information.Designed as a scalable and extensible platform, the healthcare LLM can integrate seamlessly into mobile apps, telemedicine systems, patient portals, and clinical support tools. Its architecture supports continuous improvement through user feedback, new datasets, and evolving medical guidelines. Overall, this project demonstrates how a customized LLM can significantly enhance patient engagement, streamline communication, and strengthen the digital healthcare ecosystem by offering accessible, intelligent, and trustworthy medical assistance.
