Abstract: ABSTRACT [0013] Healthcare accessibility continues to be a major challenge, especially in rural and semi-urban regions where individuals often struggle to identify the appropriate medical specialist and nearby healthcare facilities. Delayed medical consultation due to lack of awareness or incorrect specialist selection may lead to severe health complications. The proposed invention, Med Route, is an Artificial Intelligence-powered healthcare navigation platform that simplifies the process of obtaining preliminary medical guidance and locating suitable healthcare providers. The platform enables users to describe their symptoms through a mobile application, where an AI engine analyses the symptoms and recommends the appropriate medical specialist along with basic healthcare guidance. The application also identifies nearby clinics based on doctor specialization and real-time availability stored in a cloud database. Developed using Flutter and Firebase technologies, Med Route provides a secure, scalable, and user-friendly healthcare solution that improves healthcare accessibility, reduces consultation delays, and supports informed medical decision-making.
