Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: Mechano-stimuli device for electrical impulse using biotemplate nanohybrid and application thereof The implantable scaffold comprising integration of aligned nano and/or microfibers of piezoelectric smart polymers including PVDF along with collagen rich demineralised matrices including bone and fish scales for co-acting piezoelectric responses including bidirectional electrical and mechanical stimuli for regenerative outcomes. Said scaffold comprises electrospun integrated smart polymer onto said demineralised matrices including bone and fish scales based on electrospun solution including 10-18% of PVDF dissolved in solvent solution of DMF and acetone (2:1). Said scaffold has a high tensile strength of 49.6 MPa; Dielectric Constant of 69 and AC Conductivity(S/m) of 2.5x10-4. Fig. 1
