Abstract: ABSTRACT MECHANISM FOR TRIGGERING OF POWER CLASS TRANSITIONS FOR RANG EXTENSION Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium for triggering of power class transitions for rang extension. In a method, the first apparatus transmits, to a second apparatus, capability information of the first apparatus associated with carrier aggregation switching. The capability information indicates at least one carrier in a carrier aggregation combination supporting power class boosting. The first apparatus receives, from the second apparatus, a first configuration for a plurality of carriers based on the capability information. One or more carriers of the plurality of carriers support the power class boosting. (FIG. 9)
