Abstract: Examples of the disclosure relate to measurement reporting. An apparatus receives a configuration comprising at least one reporting condition for reporting measurement results. The reporting condition is to be used upon transitions of the apparatus to a connected mode. The apparatus determines whether the at least one reporting condition has been satisfied by determining a probability that handover is to be triggered.
