MUMBAI, India, June 19 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647066317 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy on May 26, 2026, for Measurement Reporting In Frequency Hopping.
Inventors include Lee, Gilsoo; Cha, Hyun-Su; and Tao, Tao.
The application for the patent was published on June 05, 2026, under issue no. 23/2026.
Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium for measurement reporting in frequency hopping. In a method, a first device receives at least one of: a first request for a conditional measurement report or a second request for a conditional failure report. A condition for the measurement report is based on a first frequency hop threshold for successful measurement on a reference signal. A condition for the failure report is based on a second frequency hop threshold for failed measurement on the reference signal. After receiving the at least one of the first or second request, the first device transmits at least one of the measurement report or the failure report.
