Abstract: A mattress maintenance assistive device, comprising of a cuboidal body 101 equipped with motorized wheels 102 for movement on a ground surface within an enclosure, an AI-based imaging unit 103 integrated with a processor, captures and processing images of the enclosure’s interior, this enables a microcontroller to generate a 3D map and detect the presence of a mattress, a touch interactive display on the body 101 shows this mapping and allows users to select areas for cleaning, the microcontroller actuates motorized hinge joints to position inverted L-shaped telescopic bars 105, which move a curved member 106 over the mattress, a dust sensor works with the imaging unit 103 to detect dust levels, triggering motorized rollers 201 with bristles 202 to collect dust, a vacuum-based cleaning unit 107 then gathers the dust into an integrated receptacle, a UV-C light sterilization unit beneath member 106 sanitizes mattress, eliminating germs and pathogens.
