A power transmission unit (104) may wirelessly energize adhesive sensing patches (102), enabling operation without onboard batteries. The system (100) may further include a processing unit (106) including one or more processors (106A) and a memory (106B) storing executable instructions. Processing unit (106) may receive acquired data, generate and continuously update an individualized maternal-fetal physiological baseline profile, and dynamically correlate maternal physiological data, fetal physiological data, and uterine activity data. Further, processing unit (106) may identify deviations from baseline profile using one or more locally executed machine-learning models, generate predictive maternal-fetal risk indicators, and initiate alerts indicative of potential maternal-fetal health risks before clinically observable adverse events occur.
