Abstract: ABSTRACT MASS SPECTROMETRY-BASED ASSAY SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFICATION OF IMMUNOTHERAPEUTIC TARGETS The present disclosure relates to the mass spectrometry-based assay system for the identification and quantification of immunotherapeutic targets from cancer subjects. More particularly, the disclosure involves Data-Independent Acquisition-Mass Spectrometry (DIA), Multiple Reaction Monitoring-Mass Spectrometry (MRM-MS) , and Parallel Reaction Monitoring-Mass Spectrometry (PRM-MS) methods for the identification of a panel of immunotherapeutic proteins comprising PDCD1 (PD-1), CTLA4, TIM3, LAG3, CD20 (MS4A1), CD27, PDCD1L1 (PD-L1), PDCD1L2 (PD-L2), CD70 (TNFSF7), CD40 (TNFRSF5), CD155 (PVR) and MUC1 from peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) samples and tumour tissue samples of cancer subjects.
