Abstract: ABSTRACT MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF 38 MM SIGNAL CARTRIDGE CASE AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention relates to 38 mm signal cartridge case, which is manufactured using forming process like draw operations, heading and tapering operation, turning and trimming operations. The cup is drawn three times to achieve length of the finished product as cartridge case. further, the heading operation shapes the closed end of cartridge case and tapering operation gives ogee shape at the open end of cartridge case.
