MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527123588 A) filed by Nhk Spring Co. , Ltd. on December 08, 2025, for Manufacturing Method For Stator, Twisting Machining Device, And Twisting Jig Assembly.

Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method for a stator with which it is possible to bend, while protecting coil ends without an insulating layer, tip parts that have different lengths including the coil ends. While at least a base part in the axial direction of a coil end 7a of a segment coil first tip part 7A held in a stator core is gripped, the first tip part 7A is bent by being relatively displaced in the circumferential direction with respect to the stator core 3, and, while at least a base part in the axial direction of a coil end 7a of a second tip part 7B having a protrusion length shorter than that of the first tip part 7A is gripped, the first tip part 7A and the second tip part 7B are allowed to be displaced in the axial direction such that the tip parts approach each other in the axial direction, and the second tip part 7B is bent by being relatively displaced in the circumferential direction with respect to the stator core 3.
