Abstract: Mahua Oil Composed Naturals (Manmohi) Body Cream Formulation The present invention relates to a stability-optimized semisolid topical cosmeceutical cream formulation comprising Mahua oil derived from Madhuca indica in a concentration ranging from 1 to 3 percent by weight, preferably about 2 percent by weight, in combination with niacinamide (2 to 3 percent by weight), kojic acid dipalmitate (0.2 to 0.4 percent by weight), encapsulated retinol (0.2 to 0.3 percent by weight), collagen hydrolysate (0.2 to 0.3 percent by weight), and glycerin (1.5 to 2.5 percent by weight), integrated within an emulsifier–fatty alcohol–polymer matrix to form a stable oil-in-water emulsion prepared at 75 to 80 degrees Celsius followed by controlled cooling below 45 degrees Celsius, wherein the formulation exhibits viscosity variation within plus or minus 5 percent, retinol retention of 85 to 90 percent, degradation limited to 12 to 15 percent, hydration enhancement of 45 to 50 percent, and transepidermal water loss reduction of 25 to 30 percent, thereby providing enhanced stability, efficacy, and dermal compatibility.
