MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641099363 A) filed by Raghavendra Sai Akkinapragada on August 17, 2026, for Machine-State Architecture For Computational Entitlement Enforcement.
Inventor includes Raghavendra Sai Akkinapragada.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: A computer-implemented architecture derives, from at least two independently typed dimensions of a Typed Computational Descriptor characterising an upstream computation, dimension-level state restrictions combined through a restrictive composition operation into a Proposition Entitlement Class defining a permitted proposition-state set. Candidate propositions derived from the computation’s result are represented as Typed Intermediate Proposition-State Objects, each assigned a proposition-state type prior to realisation. State-Transition Control compares each proposition-state type against the permitted proposition-state set and structurally prevents a non-member object from transitioning to a realisable state, no data-flow path existing from the proposition-instantiation stage to any output-realisation component except through State-Transition Control and a Realisation Gateway. The Gateway governs multiple heterogeneous output-realisation components under one shared permitted proposition-state set, together with a machine- readable Entitlement Record. The architecture is domain-neutral and independent of any particular generation mechanism or output format.
