Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of an automated Machine Learning (ML) architecture for predicting and measuring stress among teachers using emotional behavioral analysis. Through analyzing multiple behavioral characteristics such as facial emotion, acoustic tone variations, sentiments derived from institution communication channels, and workflow engagement behavior, the proposed architecture is able to capture continuous psychological information. This is achieved through ensemble learning algorithms like Random Forests and Gradient Boosting in categorizing stress status into low, moderate, and high categories. This ML architecture offers a highly accurate prediction and interpretability of the significant behavioral stressors. Ultimately, this computational architecture allows educational institutions to move from reactive to proactive approaches toward well-being. FIG.1
