Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of the system utilizes innovative machine learning techniques, internet-of-things- based workplace surveillance, analysis of employee surveys and feedback, as well as performance indicators of an organization to provide ongoing assessment of the state of the workforce in manufacturing networks. Information obtained through production facilities, wearable sensors, environmental sensors, human resources data, and employee engagement platforms is analysed using prediction and classification models in order to detect issues related to safety, lack of diversity within the workforce, employee stress, and well-being. The system provides managers with recommendations on how to address such issues and improve the safety of work processes, inclusiveness, employee satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. FIG.1
