Abstract: ABSTRACT MACHINE LEARNING-DRIVEN INTEGRATED CROP AND FERTILIZER RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM FOR PRECISION AGRICULTURE The present invention discloses a machine learning-driven integrated crop and fertilizer recommendation system (100) for precision agriculture. The system comprises a data acquisition module (110) for receiving soil parameters including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and pH along with environmental parameters including temperature, humidity, and rainfall. A preprocessing module (120) performs data cleaning, outlier removal, and feature normalization. A crop recommendation module (130) employs multiple machine learning algorithms including Random Forest classifier (131), Support Vector Machine (132), K-Nearest Neighbors (133), and Logistic Regression (134) with a model evaluation unit (135) that selects the optimal performing algorithm achieving 99.318% accuracy. A fertilizer recommendation module (140) utilizes TensorFlow Keras deep learning neural network (141) for fertilizer prediction. An integration module (150) combines outputs from both modules to provide unified recommendations through a user interface (160). The system enables data-driven agricultural decision-making for sustainable farming practices. [
