Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a smart agricultural income prediction system using machine learning techniques intended for minimizing financial risks for farmers. By utilizing cutting-edge climate analysis techniques like historical climate patterns, rain fall, and temperature data in conjunction with market analysis techniques like commodity prices and supply and demand dynamics, the proposed system delivers very precise income predictions. The model that we have developed uses ensemble machine learning techniques, where the performances of Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Long Short-Term Memory networks are compared on complex non-linear relations in the datasets. The model that we propose shows significantly better prediction results in comparison with conventional statistical techniques. FIG.1
