Abstract: Machine Learning-Based Real-Time Dynamic Pricing Framework for E-Commerce Platforms is the proposed invention. The proposed invention is designed to optimize product pricing automatically by analyzing real-time market conditions, customer purchasing behavior, competitor pricing, seasonal trends, and inventory status. Large-scale e-commerce data are collected from online transactions, browsing activities, sales records, and customer interactions. The collected data undergo preprocessing and feature extraction to identify important pricing-related parameters such as product demand, customer engagement, discount patterns, and market competition. The Random Forest model predicts optimal product prices dynamically with high accuracy by combining multiple decision tree outputs. The framework continuously updates product prices in real time to maximize profitability, improve sales conversion, and maintain competitive market positioning. The proposed system enhances operational efficiency, reduces manual pricing efforts, and provides intelligent analytical insights for strategic business decision-making in modern e-commerce environments.
