Abstract: The present invention provides a predictive analytics system utilizing machine learning for secure management of cloud storage resources is presented. This system features an API gateway module that handles user requests and directs API traffic within a cloud infrastructure. It also incorporates an identity and access management (IAM) roles module to implement security authentication and manage access control permissions. Furthermore, the system includes a training module for EC2 models, which develops machine learning models based on historical usage data and saves them in an S3 model storage module. When operational triggers are received through the API gateway module, a serverless lambda inference module retrieves updated models to perform real-time predictions of resource demand. Additionally, a CloudWatch monitoring module records operational telemetry, monitors performance metrics, and creates alerts to initiate automated scaling operations for cloud storage. FIG.1
