Abstract: Abstract A machine-learning based kidney disease prediction device is disclosed for machine-learning prediction of kidney disease. The system receives serum creatinine, eGFR, blood urea nitrogen, urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio, vital signs, demographics, medication history and physiological signals from patients, clinicians, laboratory systems, EHR systems and optional wearable sensors through an input interface. A conditioning portion prepares the received input by filtering, normalizing, parsing, segmenting or otherwise converting the input into a structured representation suited to the particular processing task. A decision portion then standardizes clinical values, imputes missing fields, derives trend features, predicts kidney disease risk or stage and generates feature attributions for clinician review. The system generates risk categories, progression warnings, explanatory feature summaries and clinical alert records through an output interface and stores a corresponding processing record. The arrangement links acquisition, conditioning, decision processing and output generation in one operative chain, because the device derives temporal and domain- specific features before producing a calibrated risk output.
